Shipping

All ADA pieces are carefully handcrafted and shipped from Switzerland.

• Processing time: Please allow 7 business days for your order to be prepared.

• Delivery within Switzerland: 2–3 business days.

• International shipping: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ADA piece. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at adacasualbutpop@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions

Color Consulting - Unique Shades Items are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
